I don't know about Region II. However, I understand fellow District 13
Toastmaster and 2 time District 13 District Governor CHARLIE WILSON won in
Region VI. Congrats to Charlie, and I heard his tentative winning speech
during a practice run. It was awesome, folks!!!!

I spoke to someone tonight who attended the Region II Conference. He said
Robert MacKenzie won.
